Collabix.ai B.V. ("Collabix", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, why we process it, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. We process personal data only when you give it to us:
- Contact form — name, work email, company, team size, and your message. Submissions are captured by our hosting provider (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to us.
- Email — if you email us directly, we process your address and the contents of your message.
- Hosting logs — our hosting provider may process technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in standard server logs for security and operation of the site.
Why we process it
- To respond to your inquiry and assess whether Collabix is a fit for your team (legitimate interest and steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To operate and secure this website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell personal data, we do not send newsletters without your request, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Who processes data for us
- Netlify — website hosting and form processing.
- Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure for the Collabix product (relevant if you become a pilot or founding partner).
- Our business email provider, for correspondence.
Where these providers process data outside the EEA, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up conversation. If no business relationship develops, we delete or anonymise it within 12 months of our last contact. Data related to an active customer or partner relationship is kept for the duration of that relationship and any legally required retention periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restriction of or objection to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@collabix.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and website evolve. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
