Become a founding partner. Shape the decision layer for your team.
A small founding cohort — product & delivery teams who feel decisions leak between meetings and tools. We build Collabix around how you actually work — founder-led, not a beta list.
≈ half the public Growth price (€799/mo), locked for the year
Billed annually · split payment or a €750 audit (credited in 14 days). Details in the FAQ.
Built with you by Bogdan & Onur — founders on every call.
Your founding year
Why join now, if access opens in September?
Because summer is the founder-led setup runway — not self-serve. And your 12 months of access start at activation, not at payment.
NowReserve your seat
Fit call, then the workflow audit. Founder-led service starts the day you join.
Jul – AugWe set you up
Squad setup, two onboarding workshops, integrations wired to your stack — while your team is on holiday, we do the work.
SeptLive from day one
Access opens — configured and proven on your real meeting flows. Your 12 months start here.
Sept – DecThe year-end push
Your team comes back to replan the rest of the year and deliver. Collabix is already in the room.
What you get
Not early access to a tool. A founder building it with you.
Every founding partner gets hands-on setup, real pilots, and a direct line into the roadmap — for one product squad, on the stack you already run.

Founding partner vs public launch
What's only true for the founding cohort.
When Collabix opens to everyone, it becomes self-serve software at standard tiers. The founder-led service, the roadmap influence, and the locked rate are founding-partner only.

Not another AI tool. A teammate that joins the room.
Visible on the call, speaking, and remembering what your team committed to — meeting to meeting, task to task. When something slips, it doesn't point fingers. It brings the fix: "COL-247 hasn't moved since Monday's planning — want me to bring it into this sprint?" You confirm — it updates the tools.
In the roomOpens the meeting, runs check-in, keeps the agenda moving — visibly, out loud.
Never loses a commitmentCrosses what was agreed in meetings with what actually moved in your tracker.
The fix, not the blameFlags what slipped with a ready next step — you confirm, it follows through in your tools.
It doesn't sleep, doesn't forget — and never tells your team how to do their job. In testing on our own meetings now, shipping with your September access.
FAQ
The questions a serious team asks.
No. Collabix is a decision layer above your existing meeting and work tools. The source of truth stays in your stack — we feed your PM tools, we never compete with them.
No. It detects candidate decisions and actions, but human approval is the default. Nothing lands in your tracker until someone confirms it. AI suggests; humans approve.
€4,500 upfront is the default — it reserves your founding slot for the year. Prefer to split it? €1,500 deposit now, €3,000 at go-live. Not ready for the full year yet? Start with the €750 Execution Gap Audit — if you join within 14 days, it's fully credited toward the annual rate.
Run your own number: one PM losing ~3 hours a sprint to rebuilding decisions and chasing follow-through is €75/hr × 3 hrs × 26 sprints ≈ €5,850 a year — more than the founding rate, on a single person. Illustrative; your number depends on team size and rates. And at public launch the closest tier (Growth) runs €799/month — €9,588 a year — without founder-led setup.
From day one you get the founder-led service — workflow audit, setup, and real-meeting pilots — and the product opens on 1 September 2026. Your founding rate is locked from the day you join.
A 10–50 person product and engineering team with recurring ceremonies (planning, standup, refinement) running on Teams, Zoom, or Meet plus Jira or Azure DevOps — and clear pain in the handoff from decisions to tracked work.
Founding partners co-prioritise the roadmap. Bring your stack to the fit call — we decide together whether it fits the founding build, and partner demand moves it up the queue.

Tell us who you are — 10 seconds — then pick a time. The fit call isn't a checkout: we look at your stack, your team's rhythm, and where decisions leak, then decide together whether it's a match.
