What you need before you commit to anything.
Everything a technical evaluator, a security reviewer or a procurement lead asks for, written out rather than promised on a call.
It works with what your team already uses.
Live today. Wrap-ups go to your Slack or Teams channel, or by email.
Any remote MCP server can be connected, and Atlassian Rovo takes one click. There’s also a public API with organisation keys.
Where your data runs, and what we are not certified for.
Collabix runs on Microsoft Azure with per-customer isolation, on EU or US infrastructure; the exact region is confirmed in writing in the data processing agreement. AI runs on Azure OpenAI inside Microsoft’s environment: Azure OpenAI data is not used for model training, and your content never reaches OpenAI’s consumer services. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Only what you connect, at the scope you set, per space and per goal. A folder you do not connect is a folder Collabix has no access to.
Nothing, until somebody approves it. Every write carries the decision it came from and the name of the person who approved it.
SSO through Google or Microsoft. Role-based access, default deny. MFA on admin access. Secrets in Azure Key Vault. Right to erasure. Export through admin and the public API. Sub-processor list and DPA on request.
What it does today, and what’s planned.

We set it up with you. Then it just works.
Questions people ask.
No. Note takers start from the transcript, after the meeting. Collabix starts before it, from your work: the goal, what your team has open in the tracker, what was decided last time. What comes out is not a document, it is work in your tracker with your approval on it.
Many do, and that is the administration we are talking about. Every prompt rebuilds the context from scratch. Collabix arrives already holding the goal, the open work and what was settled last time, and writes the result into the tracker rather than into a chat window.
You could build capture and a task writer in a quarter. What does not come out of a build sprint is the starting context, the routing that keeps one team’s work out of another’s tracker, and being cross-stack by design, so it survives your next tool change.
A suite tool is good inside its suite. The teams Collabix is built for do not have all their work in one vendor’s graph, and the goal, the decisions and the record live outside any single tracker on purpose.
Collabix has been running in production since June 2026. This page lists what it does today and, separately, what is planned.
No. Your team keeps working where they already work. Only the people who run the sessions need a login.
No. They take part through the meeting they are already in, which is also why there is nothing for the team to learn.
Yes. Scrum, Kanban or your own variant. Collabix builds the meeting sequence around how your team already runs.
Collabix writes into Jira today (Azure DevOps is next), and joins sessions on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Tell us what your team uses and we will tell you straight whether it is there today.
Nothing reaches your systems until you approve it. You can edit it or discard it, and a discarded item can be brought back.
Both, after your approval. New work becomes a new story. When a decision is about an existing story, Collabix adds a comment to it, and it can move the story to another person.
Each project has its own space, and every day you see which decisions are yours to make. One view across all projects is planned.
Collabix reads when your team is free from Google Calendar and plans a session that works for everyone. Flagging capacity and holiday conflicts ahead of time is planned.
Microsoft Azure, in the EU or the US, with the exact region confirmed in your data processing agreement. It reads only what you connect, at the scope you set.
No. Collabix joins the call as a visible, signed-in participant, the same way a person does. Consent and how you announce it are yours to set.
You do. Your data, your tools, and the goals, decisions and context Collabix holds. Export is available to an administrator and through the public API.
Quickly. We connect your tools, set your goals with you and do one onboarding session. After that you’re running.

You decide. The project remembers.
Twenty minutes, on a session like the ones you run. You leave knowing whether it fits.
