Productfor PMs and POs who want to know exactly what it does

Everything that happens because you said yes.

Collabix walks into your session knowing the goal and the work your team has open. You run the session. What gets settled, it writes up as real work, and it holds that work until you approve it.

Twenty minutes on the product as it runs today. No slides.

01 · Your goal

It starts with what you want to achieve.

You set the goal for each project: what you want to achieve, with which team, and when it has to be done. Collabix connects to the tools you already work in, and understands the project around the goal.

02 · Before the session

Ready before you sit down.

Collabix prepares every session. Before anyone joins, it knows what’s blocked, what needs discussing and who has to deliver what, and it has a suggestion ready for each point. A transcript contains none of that.

03 · In the session

The machine takes the record. You take the call.

Collabix joins on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom as a visible participant. It keeps the agenda, knows who said what, and tracks blockers and decisions as they come up. Ask it a question and it answers on the spot.

04 · Your approval

Approve it, change it, or throw it away.

Everything Collabix wrote up waits in one overview until you decide. Approve it and it goes straight to Jira: a new story, or an existing story on another name. Throw it away and nothing happens, and you can get it back if you were wrong.

That is the design. It is why you can put your name on what comes out of it.

05 · After the session

What was decided, and what it means for your launch.

Every decision stays attached to the goal, so you see which ones touch the timing. You can still read back why, three sprints later. The update for your stakeholders is drafted for you: check it, approve it, send it.

06 · Your projects

Working on more than one goal? Each has its own place.

Every project has its own space: the epics, the timing and what’s blocked. And every day you see which decisions are yours to make.

07 · Planning

Planning the next session takes one question.

Collabix finds when everyone is free and plans the meeting. Two meetings overlap? Tell it what should change, and it’s done.

What we are building for you next

Not only what was decided, but what is still yours to settle. You will see across teams, not only down into one. And when a new decision runs against one from two months ago, Collabix will say so at the time.

You decide. The project remembers.

Twenty minutes, on a session like the ones you run. You leave knowing whether it fits.
