A note-taker starts when the call starts. Collabix prepares the agenda the day before and updates Jira after: the two ends your PM still does by hand.
No, per team space. Collabix users are the people who organise the work in Collabix, not your team size: eight are included and each extra one is €5 a month. Everyone else takes part in meetings as usual, has their decisions recorded, and gets the brief before and the report after, without an account.
Your team’s rituals: Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review and Retro, plus a Discovery sync and a Stakeholder sync. A limited share of leads’ 1:1s and blocker calls fits too. Everything beyond that is extra meeting-hours: €30 per 10 hours, added only when you choose.
34 meeting-hours covers a normal month of team rituals with room to spare. For a busy month, add 10 hours for €30. Only when you choose to: nothing is ever charged by itself.
