Aboutwhy we started, where this goes, who is building it

People run the project. AI takes the busywork.

Collabix.ai is built by three people who think the person belongs in the middle of the work, with the AI around them. Not the other way round.

Why we started

Make the project manager’s job easier.

Running a project is people’s work, and we think it stays that way. What can go is the administration and the repetition that piled up around it.

The job is changing too. A project manager no longer leads only people. More and more of the work is done by AI agents, and leading people and agents together asks for a different way of running a project.

Stakeholders expect more, and more of them can now build things themselves with AI. So every project team gets the same question: what do we add? That became Collabix.

The person stays in the middle. That part never changes.

Much of what gets built today puts the AI in the middle and the people around it. That is exactly what we want to change.

Today

Collabix prepares your sessions, keeps the record and carries what you approve into your team’s tools. You spend the session on the decisions.

Where this goes

Step by step we take the tedious half of the job away. Agents do more of the execution. You get the time back for people: coaching the team, deciding what happens next.

What we will never take away

The last word. Nothing leaves Collabix without a person saying so. Not now, and not when the models get better.
