Run your project. Stop running after it.
Collabix keeps your project moving toward its goal. It prepares what needs deciding before the meeting, helps you make clear decisions in meetings and keeps commitments on track.
Twenty minutes on the product as it runs today. No slides.
The transcript does not contain your backlog. Note takers start after the meeting, from what was said in it. Collabix starts before it, from the work itself.
What you want to achieve, with which team, by when. Collabix works from it.
The agenda, what’s blocked and what you settled last time, prepared from your tools.
Collabix joins Meet, Teams or Zoom and writes up decisions as they are made.
Nothing moves until you say yes. Then it lands in Jira, linked to the goal.

Nothing leaves Collabix without a person saying so.
Questions PMs ask first
No. Note takers start from the transcript, after the meeting. Collabix starts before it, from your work: the goal, what your team has open in the tracker, what was decided last time. And what comes out is not a document, it is work in your tracker with your approval on it.
No. Collabix does not replace Jira and it does not ask your team to move anywhere. It is methodology agnostic: Scrum, Kanban or your own way of working. The people who feel the difference are the ones running the sessions.
Running in production since June 2026: the context before the session, live validation, the approval queue, and approved decisions written into Jira. Still being built, and we will say so until it ships: seeing across teams, and flagging when a new decision runs against an earlier one.
Collabix runs on Microsoft Azure, in the EU or the US; the exact region is confirmed in writing in your data processing agreement. It reads only what you connect it to, and writes only what a person has approved.
You decide. The project remembers.
Twenty minutes, on a session like the ones you run. You leave knowing whether it fits.
